In a moment of stupendous naivety; the nation's favourite car journalist, Jeremy Clarkson, has been ripped off after foolishly publishing his bank details as a proof of concept.

Clarkson believed the government's spin that this information was useless following the recent loss discs containing the bank and personal details of  25,000,000 UK citizens.

Diabetes UK were provided Clarkson's bank account details and in the form of a Direct Debit mandate for £500 per month.
